After I do the user webinar (about twice a month) I have people who say “I uploaded 3k contacts, but now I know I want to do it differently… how do I delete what I have put in?”
Here’s how… it’s fairly easy, and deleting the 3k will take just a few minutes once you get this down:
From August 13, 2009: How to Delete All of Your (JibberJobber) Contacts
Don’t understand why someone would want to delete that many contacts – but I guess people have their reasons. I have some I need to upload as it has been a while since I last did an upload.
@Brad – the main reason is that people do an import, and then get on my user webinar and learn how they could have enriched what they imported and made it much, much better… then, they ask how to wipe JJ clean and start over. It really does make sense 🙂
It does. I have uploaded large numbers but never had to delete more than a few – usually because they are duplicates.
You know you can merge the duplicates? It is a premium feature, but quite useful. https://www.jibberjobber.com/videos.php?action=vimeo&id=18
I had forgotten about that.
that’s why I’m here 🙂
