About a year and a half ago I wrote a post about job boards… I’ve been a little back and a little forth on them over the years. In my experience they were largely a waste of time. HOWEVER, they are not to be thrown out completely.
What I talked about back in January of 2018 still applies… these are TOOLS. Work them, but don’t let them own you.
